First, let's get some attention: ================================== [OUR Attention-Getting Headline] Everyone else says I'm ready to be committed to an institution! But I just want to make sure YOU don't make the same mistakes I made just six months ago!" ---------- Not a bad headline. If you're like most people, you want to know if this man is really suffering of some type of mental illness that's about to get him put away. You also probably want to know what "mistakes" he made so recently that he's willing to risk his freedom in order to get them to you so you don't do what he did. Now, let's try to establish some interest (this is also where you can build some credibility too): ================================= [OUR Interest-Generating Section] I'm taking a BIG risk here! So please don't overlook what I'm doing. After all, I just want to more than ensure YOU stay completely free from danger. You CAN'T do what you were doing online just 6 months ago. I don't care if you were making a bundle. What worked then more than likely won't work for you TODAY. And if you keep using the techniques you used then, you might as well go back to walking to work, or taking a stagecoach to visit your relatives far away, and even rocking on your porch staring at the sun all day because you refuse to occupy your time with modern things.
